Biography

Monkey D. Garp is a legendary Marine Vice Admiral, renowned as the Hero of the Marines for his role in defeating the notorious Rocks Pirates. Garp is the grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy, the protagonist of One Piece, and the father of Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army. Despite his high rank, Garp holds a carefree attitude, often refusing promotions to Admiral rank.
